Kakuda Wing enjoys successful visit

Posted: Sep 2nd, 2012

After an extra-long travel day to arrive in Indianapolis, our guests from Kakuda enjoyed an activity-filled nine-day visit to Greenfield.

During their time in Greenfield, the 11 students and three adult chaperones from Kakuda visited several sites around town, including many schools, the Keihin plant, the police and fire departments, the Hancock County Courthouse and Riley Park. Outside of Greenfield, the group went to the Indianapolis Zoo, an Indianapolis Indians game and visited Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis.

Our visitors also had several days to spend time with their host families before flying to Chicago for two days, then home to Kakuda.
